I use Godaddy bookkeeping - it integrates with eBay.

Two ledger books (in and out) and a pencil. I can pull up any figure I need at any time I want. I keep a running total of sales, COGS, shipping, tax, etc. Been doing it this way for 40+ years, I see no need to change. 😊
