HI, Does anyone know, if a Buyer receives a refund from a Seller, can the Buyer leave feedback for the Seller, whether positive or negative?

Yes you can still leave feedback but you only have 60 days from the date of purchase to do so.

Since you did get a refund...I would be hoping that you do not give your seller a negative...unless he was a pain and had to be forced into giving you your refund.

Thank you for your answer. I must not have phrased my question correctly. I am the Seller and by Buyer wanted a refund claiming false information about my item. I of course gave him a refund with a smile on my face but I didn't want to. I wanted to explain to him that his accusation was incorrect but I was worried he would leave me negative feedback so I just gave the refund and moved on. But I sure would of liked to put something in the feedback section about it.

Leaving negative feedback with a positive is against site rules, so I wouldn't do that.  If he leaves you a red doughnut, your best course, if it's non-removable (which it usually is), would be to leave a factual reply designed to reassure any future buyers as to your good practices.

Ah, got it.  Yes, your buyer can still leave you feedback.  I find that if you have refunded them the way you have, they generally tend not to leave feedback and just go away.

The odds are in your favor that they will not leave any feedback what-so-ever.  They only have 60 days to do so.

Absolutely. That is when you deserve the negative.

Customer now can return anything at any time for any reason. Better to deal with it in a way that is best for you.

That old saying "customer is always right" really means "yeah yeah ok no problem please go away"
