‘Best Offer’not working properly in app

Why does ebay change things when they’re working just fine as-is? I’ll never understand this. 

The phone app Seller features have been changed, and now the Best Offer feature isn’t working properly.

Example:

My Buy It Now price is $39.99. My Best Offer is set to deny offers below $29.99. When I try to Publish the auction I get a message that says “The Best Offer Auto Accept Pricemust be lower than the Buy It Now price”.  Yeah??....OK??....that’s how I’m trying to list it, but the app won’t let me.

You should have left the app alone. It was working perfectly before.

Never mind. I figured it out for myself. I had to adjust the Offer Settings on the auction’s ‘cover page’ before signing in to Revise the auction’s  actual price and Best Offer price. Completely confusing and overly complicated way to do things. You should’ve left the app as it was.
