Best Course of Action?

I recently recieved neutral feedback from a buyer saying that the product was cheap and that they are unhappy with it. However they never requested a return or messaged me about it. 

 

Since they never requested a return, would the best course of action be to message them asking whether they want a full refund with the item returned or a partial and they keep the item and therefore open up a return or item not as described case (since I think its past the 2 weeks)? It was sold internationally through the global shipping program if that makes any difference.

I'd let it go. If they were that unhappy they'd ask to return it, although maybe the fact that it is an international transaction is making them not want to bother.

Personally, I wouldn't do anything.  That's exactly what I did this week when I received a neutral. 

 

BTW:  I had filed an unpaid item case on my buyer.

I agree with others, don't poke a sleeping bear!  If they wanted to return, they could/would contact you.  Sorry you got a neutral feedback, that sometimes stings and makes us want to correct the situation.  But sometimes, things are truly better just left alone.
