Greetings,

eBay has rated me below because of no tracking on 4 of my sold items in apprio.. I have tracking numbers for them..how do I fix this so I’m not low?  Also I ended some items. And now I want to relist them but they do not existent in the not sold or relisted file.  Are these items archived somewhere?

You can enter the tracking now, but you won't be reviewed again till the 20th of next month. I don't know that that alone will help... sit tight for mathematician.

Regarding your listings... Seller Hub/ Listings/Ended.

Good luck with all...

If you mean that ebay is rating you as below standard, you can't become below standard just because you don't have tracking.  You can go from top rated to above standard if you don't enter tracking  but that wouldn't put you below standard.   If you look at the following page it should give you more information as to why you are below standard.

Why not make it a policy to enter & share tracking numbers, so the buyer becomes aware when their purchase is in the hands of the carrier & when to  be alert for the delivery

Really? ....per eBay My account :"Your seller performance status is at risk in this program" "if we evaluated today"....I am "Top Rated"...and "Above Standard".....because I have tracking of "76.24"....and everything else on my account is 0.00 with no problems. I have no returns...no open cases...no refunds without resolutions...I sell enough per the month.

Really.   You need to meet the tracking requirements to be top rated.  But you don’t need them to be above standard and lack of tracking does not put you below standard.

eBay does not rate you Below Standard solely because of a lack of tracking.

Your seller level can fall to Below Standard if your transaction defect rate is above 2% or if your percentage of cases closed without seller resolution is above 0.3%.

If you are Below Standard, it is because of something else and not a lack of tracking.
