Well for some reason Ebay went from yearly evaluation to monthly for GLOBAL back in May and they said if I dont fix my Cases closed without seller resolution in 3 months that restrictions can happen. Thing is though my last defect was in January 6 months ago and I have been at 0.00% since. My next case closed without seller resolution isnt until September and I will be at the 2 limit and I will be fine. Ive only got 3 defects in the last year roughing 0.40%
It says: If the metric(s) above show continuous improvement from May to June, we'll give you more time. Your transactions in June should be better than your transactions in May.
Ebay still has been giving me a countdown until July the last couple months even though where it says "why your seller level is below standard" it just shows 0.00% for the last 3 months.
CS is no help and they just repeat the same script on how I need to sell more internationally.
So in July something is supposed to happen to me. Does anyone know what the restrictions will be if its in the GLOBAL region? I know if its in Ebay.US they would make it to where I couldnt list or edit items for a month, does it span across the board? Every other region is good on my end. Any info is much appreciated.
