Listing Designer was free with a premium store and suddenly it's charging me - .10 per auction and .30 per 30day FP.............What the Bleep is THIS??

Might I also add there is NO way to REMOVE LD in the new Listing Tool as the Tool doesn't support it.

This was pointed out to the blues as a problem when the New Advanced Listing Tool was introduced, but NOTHING was done about it.

So now what? I'm not going to keep listing and racking up these fees and HOPE some CSR can remove them (probably 2 invoices down the road).

WHY am I being charged for them ANYWAY when it's FREE with a Premium store.........or was.

Is this another eBay fee grab and a change in the middle of the night with no notice?

How DARE you charge for a service you took away the ability to remove?????

This needs to be fixed NOW

They've known this was going to be an issue for months.

I know why it happened. I unsubscribed from SMPro to get out of the Hub and when I tried to resubscribe it wanted me to "subscribe to a store" if I wanted SMP instead of SM.

Even if I didn't have SMP it still should have been free with a premium store. When was it changed to be part of SMP?

So I called and got a CSR to switch me back to SMPro, but this is going to be a huge issue when they retire SM & SMP. Also made sure I got a credit for the LD fees I was charged.

With the bulk editor showing charges before submission where there should BE none, this would be easy for sellers to think it was part of that "glitch".....which btw has NOT been "fixed" on all IDs yet. Some are showing it, some are not.

TG I only ever used LD on this ID. Guess I'll be funeling all my relists through Turbo (while it lasts) from now on as that's the only place I can remove the LD.

I had started using Turbo to remove them months ago, but then along came the whole remove Active Content fiasco and the LD thing got shoved on hold as I never imagined there would be a time they'd charge me for something they didn't support any longer.

Hey @lookng2015, we have decided not to include Listing Designer in the new tool due to a low impact on success for our sellers. That being said, I know that being charged fees for a feature that you are having difficulty turning off can be a big pain. Our customer service team will be happy to review and credit these fees for you, and we can recommend that you end the listings you have that include listing designer to start fresh listings without it.

Maybe, as you no longer support the feature and give NO way to remove it, (apart from ending listings) eBay should not be charging for it?

having the same problems here. multiple calls.. still getting charged. ONE **bleep** OFF SELLER. I wonder how many others are getting scammmed this way and not noticing?

I finally got rid of Listing Designer on all of mine by running them through Turbo Lister and removing it there.

How many listings do you have with the LD charge?

It's nearing the end of the fourth quarter, folks.

Keep a keen eye on your invoices for more of these kind of shenanigans which magically add $$$ to ebay's bottom line.

I wonder how many sellers never noticed the upcharge for LD back in August, and just paid their bills, including the bogus, unannounced charges for LD.
