Noticed yesterday I am being charged a fee of 10 cents for each revision. Has anyone else noticed this? I HOPE it's a glitch and will be resolved soon!!!

Not necessarily true...
I am being charged for revisions as well WITOUT adding any features or changing categories or any othe change that requires a charge. I am revising either mis-spellings (missed letters) or adding a word into the item specifics section or adding to the description.
I have a premium store, so should not be charged for these types of revisions- regardless of number in the billing cycle.
I noticed that when I clicked on "revise" it went into the listing but "revise" does not stay at the top of the page. When I click on the fee for explaination at the bottom of the page it says it is charging for "insertion fee". This is an obvoius system glitch and likely how they are going to make up for all the free buy it nows that were given earlier this month. I expect no fix any time soon, per the usual.

And it's no answer to say "oh it's only cosmetic, no need to worry" either.

Just tried to bulk edit 500 listings to update my handling time and it wanted to charge me $50. NO THANKS. Please get this fixed ASAP. And don't tell me I can call CS to get the charges removed if necessary, I don't have time to sit on the phone and discuss this with CS when it's a systems error.

@Anonymous
This is a glitch that needs to be fixed because it is just wrong, not we'll fix it when someone proves its actually creating a fee charge. We must each hunt for and find the extra $1 or $2?
I've been seeing the fee for revisions on the listing page and so set out to determine if I was being charged. It is just too difficult. The fee would be tagged as "insertion fee". To know if each insertion fee is legitimate, I have to compare these insertion fee charges to the start date and renewal dates of each listing. Listings can have different titles and different item numbers so automation doesn't help.
Is this the perfect crime? Are programmers spread so thin making yet another revision of the myebay page that there is no one to address problems?

Where can one go to see fee charges in real time?

I came back to this thread today because I wanted to make sure people were actually seeing the charge on the screen, not reviewing pending billing. I'm lucky, not seeing any bogus charges.
They didn’t say it was your fault. They said they blame you.

Hi @dtexley3, our tech teams are working on fixing this display issue but I wanted to reassure you that these fees are not being applied to your invoice. We've checked the examples we've been provided and run testing on our end and this is only a cosmetic issue. I definitely understand how frustrating this can be, but you are welcome to list/relist as normal knowing that fees are not being assessed incorrectly.

I was able to log out and log back in and then make changes. Sorry but I see no reason to extend $50+ in trust to your IT staff at this time , just my $0.02.

Hi @dtexley3, you are welcome to continue to take any steps you feel are appropriate on your end when listing or relisting, I just wanted to let you know that these displayed fees are not being applied to your account. I know that a sellers time is valuable, so knowing that you do not have to take extra steps can save you time better suited for other tasks. Additionally, I'm always happy to help you if something was charged incorrectly due to an error we've been discussing.

Yes, I have noticed that as well. The fees we are paying Ebay are getting out of hand. Also, make sure you review your monthly statements carefully! Over the past 3 billing cycles, I have received added insertion fees totaling close to $50.00 extra each month. Luckily, when I call Ebay, they immediately remove them, claiming it's an IT issue.
I just read the revisions for May 1, 2018. Store fees and insertion fees are on the rise.

While you are at it Triton, can you explain why I am being invoiced $119 for a premuim store that should only cost $59/mo???????????
This is never ending!
The revision fee is not only "cosmetic" I have looked in the list of incurred charges to be billed and the revisions that I am being charged for are in fact being charged 0.10/listing, labeled as "insertion fees". Get it together eBay!
