Being a Top Rated Seller (TRS) outside US? Using own timezone

Hi

We are selling on ebay.com from Europe, our timezone is GMT+1.

We reached the TRS position about 1 year ago, however, recently we have just lost it because of the late handling times.

I realised, that ebay checks all events against the PST timezone. The rule for 1 working day handling time is:

if a buyer purchase an item on Monday 00-23:59 PST I have to upload tracking AND let the package scanned by the postal agency until Tuesday 23:59 PST(!)

here is the trick. If a US customer purchase at Monday 23:50 PST it's about 07:50am GMT+1 over here, so I need to get the package scanned that working day, because theoritically I have 24 hours to do it but the postal agency opens at 8am and closes at around 5pm, so I must fix it on the same business day or I will get a late handling time strike.

this is quite unfair for sellers outside the PST zone. Is there a way that I can use my own timezone when ebay checks my handling performance?

this way it's quite impossible for us to be TRS again 😕

not that we got better selling performance being a TRs but the fees are lower and it looks nice.

thanks
