Beginning what date do late shipments again start counting against us?

On the message board eBay mentions it runs through July 19th, does that mean beginning July 20th we will again receive late shipment defects, or does that mean July 19th is an evaluation date and the actual date is July 1st, or another date?

I don't think that they ignore your late shipments, they just won't downgrade you because of it.

For example, if you were a Top Rated Seller on February 20th and your performance over the next evaluation period would have moved you down to Above Standard, you will now automatically retain your Top Rated status. If you were Above Standard on February 20th and your performance over this period would have moved you to Below Standard, you will now automatically remain Above Standard.

Do you know then starting what date where shipments are sent out late it would result in being downgraded?

The first announcement about it an be found on the announcement board on 3/23/20

Other than that, I have no idea. It does not affect me.  Sorry

Yep, they helped (not) by changing the handling time on any sale where I send a combined invoice.
