Before we would be able to click on Advanced right next to SEARCH

and there would be a entry on the left most box where we could request that the phone contact information for another member be sent to our email address. 

Now this option no longer resides in this "place".

I see here when I asked on the Help Page that:

"When you're opted in, buyers can find your phone number in 3 places on eBay:

• If the buyer selects Other on the Find answers page when they choose Contact seller, they see an option to view your phone number.
• If the buyer continues to the contact form from the Find answers page, they see an option to view your phone number at the bottom of the page.
• If your buyer responds to an email you sent them, they see an option to view your phone number at the bottom of the page."

How, then, do I find the "FIND ANSWERS PAGE"?!!! 

Can anyone help here? Would be very appreciated.

As a seller, I can see a buyer's phone number in the order details when a sales transaction has been completed. 

I don't believe there is a way to contact the seller except by email (choosing other).  

to find the Answer page..........look at the item page and then, in the upper right click on contact seller....
