Is it a problem to send the buyer a picture of the parcel with his address, a picture that appears to be ready to ship before shipping?

It's just unnecessary and serves no purpose. 

Why does he have to SEE a picture of his package?

Why does he have to SEE a picture of his phone number?

You don't even have to let him know when you ship it. 

He will be able to see that via the tracking.

But if you want to do these things, go right ahead. 

There is no problem with ebay or your account.
