Sat night buyer sends offer. Sun morning buyer buys item. Shipped promptly Mon morning and it arrives on time. Mon afternoon I see there is a message about an offer, click link, item is sold.

I don't have access to messages over the weekend, store is closed and I am 45 miles away.

Week later I get a negative for not responding to the offer.

I send buyer a message if they had the right seller. I get hate bombed back...yes, you didn't leave a thank you card, you didn't send an email...blah, blah, blah. Freaking clownshoes.

Spent a full 30 minutes with a chatbot to get it removed. Kudos to ebay for getting one right.

Somedays it doesn't pay to get out of bed.

I do day gig here for someone. I live 45 miles away and do my own.

I don't want the two intermingled.

As if any seasoned seller on ebay would do that. Buy stuff just to BE THANKED.

I've been pushing for a smartphone to replace an old flip phone to take with me so I can do both and not share the same wifi...work over 4G data.

I leave here in about 15 minutes and offers expire many times before I get back Monday when the store re-opens.

Especially now that ebay gives teeny tiny timeframes.
