Beanie babies

This is my first time doing this and my mom gave me my old beanie babies I was just wondering how would I go about selling them or getting them appraised to see if they are worth anything?

     I pick them up all the time at garage sales for under $1. They make great ammunition for the potato cannon.

Thank you for that information; however, not all dogs treat stuffies the same way.  We learned the hard way that our retriever-Rhodesian ridgeback would play with them for awhile and then, when we were not looking, tear them apart and eat whatever was inside.

My cousin's crazy dog would probably just eat the thing whole. Once he was given a bunch of table scraps on a paper plate and when he was done devouring them we found he had hoovered up the plate along with the food.
