About 2 days ago I did a search of one of my items and noticed in search results my item did not have me listed as top rated.  I checked all my items it was the same.  I dug deeper and noticed that another seller whom I know is top rated also did not have his badge.  Then I noticed everyone who did have a badge was not top rated.  

Either Ebay got hacked or they made a horrible mistake with coding.

Just wanted to let people know.

I just checked your listings. You have 77 active listings, and all 77 show the TR+ listing designation badge. Your feedback page also includes your TRS information (no badge, of course, since TRS doesn't include a badge).

Perhaps you could post a screenshot of whatever it was you saw--or didn't see.

I took the liberty of checking for you and yes it does effect your items in a search bar.  Meaning customers will search your items and never know you are top rated seller.  Yet even with your items some other sellers of the same thing are not top rated but have the badge in search results

This is one of many examples.  So my item and the item of the seller below me who I know for a fact is also a Top Rated seller.  Normally there is a badge that shows us as Top Rated.  In the recent week that is gone away on search bars however.  I did not include pic but if you search almost anything you will find this as well sellers that are 100% not top rated with top rated badges populating in item search results.  I checked items that are not records and still have found this to be true.  Something is off.  I run item searches from saved searches i.e. Def Leppard x vinyl  every other day to check and see where I fall in list and also to make sure I like what the potential buyers see.  I have been away for a week.  I noticed this right off the bat plus this everyone with top rated in searches has a gold badge.  It was the blue ribbon with the star.  Not sure what has changed but something has and it effects everyone.

PL's Are having a similar issue, some are not showing promoted & in no way in fair positioning in the listings, Yet They Are Actually Promoted!!??

This is what I saw when I searched for that album on my iPad. Your listing shows the trs plus seal so perhaps the problem was temporary?

I didn't think there was a badge on listing results for being a Top Rated Seller--only a badge for Top Rated Plus listings.

Again, I didn't think there was a TRS badge that would show up on listing results--at least, not any more and not for a while. inhawaii's listings won't display a TR+ badge, since those require 30+ day free returns.

When one of you has a moment, could you provide some clarification on TRS badges and TR+ badges?

1. Is there a badge for being a Top Rated Seller that should be showing up on listing results screens?
2. Was there ever a badge for being a Top Rated Seller that showed up on listings results screens--historically--that has now been removed and is no longer displayed?
3. Any explanation for why the OP would not be seeing the TR+ badge on the listing results screens when it appears the rest of us can see it clearly displayed?

1. YES there has always been a badge on search results not listing results, search results like if you type in the search bar like a buyer would puddle of mudd come clean vinyl.  Some sellers will have the top rated badge right above their name if they are top rated and the item qualifies to be top rated.  It was the blue ribbon with star icon.  Myself and many others now do not have that badge anymore though we are top rated and have items that do qualify.

2. Yes see above.  Historically it was always there now it is the old gold coin red ribbon and it is identifying people who I know for a fact are not top rated and also on some it shows them has top rated in search bar but, they are not top rated on profile or item screens.

3. You are on the wrong screen maybe I don't know I see my badge on items and in my store and on my profile however if I type in anything not just mine but anyone top rated on any of my computers and I had a random friend verify the top rated that should be above name of those who are top rated is no longer there and the old gold coin badge they used years ago is now and is not on many that are top rated some it seems still have it but most no, further it seems to be on alot that are not top rated.

Send me a screen shot of what you see if you are saying you see it?
