Basic store - $24.54 per month (yearly subscription)?

Hi, I'd like to open my basic store. It costs $19.95 so anyone could tell me why ebay want to charge $24.54? Thank you for your help!

$24.95 is the month to month cost with no commitment. You can cancel at any time.

$19.95 is the annual contract. You pay $19.95 per month and must stay for a year. If you want to cancel there will be an early cancellation fee.

It is 250 fixed price listings, plus 250 auction listings, but only in select categories for the auctions; and adding Buy It Now to the auctions is an additional small charge.

VAT, current rate in Poland is 23%

eBay does their EU billing on a VAT included basis.

VAT is added based on your registration location regardless of which eBay site you list on.

You will have 250 Included Fixed Price listings and 250 Auctions that can only be used in specific categories.

And as a new seller, you will have limits so you may not be able to use the 250/250 listings yet.
