I just looked at my Store Summary. I have had a Basic store since 2014. Today? for the May 1 monthly start? It says Premium store with 1K. I did not make that change and I am now hysterical. I don't have the money to pay for the Basic store price increase, but planned to downgrade to the Starter this month without penalty. Is this a joke? HELP! I don't know how to contact a Blue. And they want me to give them my money for their new pay system with this going on? No Way.

There's already another thread on the forum about this. You're not the only one. Someone tagged Trinton about it already. My guess is that he will say the error is just "cosmetic" -- when you go to list any items they will be deducted as per usual to whatever store level listing types you are supposed to have.

Thank you both, I can now breathe. I only read/post on the seller board and have been reading posts since 7am and didn't see previous thread. Sorry for the panic. And here I was trying to figure out when to downgrade and how to downgrade from Basic to Starter then came across the Premium level "cosmetic" lol glitch. I was going to do some new and re-lists today. Guess will just wait til this is figured out.

In my opinion, brushing these things off as "oh it's just cosmetic" is NOWHERE near good enough. Will it "only be cosmetic" when our payments go through eBay via Adyen and one day we log into see a zero balance instead of the $$ that SHOULD be there?

WHY is it eBay, that these "cosmetic glitches" ALWAYS seem to involve a (cosmetic) cost to the seller? Never seems to go the other way does it?

It would seem, from all the 'cosmetic issues', that someone is getting paid a lot for all the work that goes into making these 'mistakes'.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.
