As far as I know so long as its a institutional one that isn't like just starting. I would not suggest using persay like a mom and pops start up bank that has less than a decade of customer service in relation with paypal. Like google mainstream credit card names like Visa, etc and check that your bank carries those big card names if yes. Chances are Ebay and Paypall will permit said bank. But if not its better safe than sorry that its probably not a bank you'd want Paypal sniffing about. As there is always inherit risk with selling on paypal. And the bank ultimately is your fall back if anything financial gets out of hand as to what you sell.
You want a bank that if you absolutely have to will be willing to give you like a small loan should it come to it safely and without outrageous interest. Buy and sell here on ebay smartly or get bitten by inevitable serpent that can be ebay/paypal.
Also any and all info I say about being a seller here is from my research I've done before about possibly becoming a merchant. While it maybe a little outdated I have a rough idea of how things kinda work around here.
