I had a customer I sold 2 items. After receiving them he wanted me to discount them. I said no, just send back for full refund. He said if I didnt discount he would leave negative feedback. Wrote terrible things. Contacted ebay and they said they would not do anything. I paid them over $1000 last month in fees. I am pulling all my items that dont have bids. When they are finished, closing my account. Ebay is losing sellers. They wont be around in 5 years. Thank god. Tired of getting treated badly. Quit like me. Life to short.

What do you want them to do if he hasn’t left the feedback yet?

Ah - well that’s not removable. His true opinion and no swearing.
Makes you look really bad, too.
Did you only refund half and relist the watches?

I think that would be best.

Contact ebay and have them look at the messages from the buyer threatening negative feedback.
Read this to them (from their own policy):
Feedback extortion policy
Buyers aren't allowed to use threats of negative feedback or low detailed seller ratings to get something that wasn't part of the original listings, and sellers can't demand positive feedback from buyers.

Then request that they remove the 2 feedbacks that violate the policy!

I can confirm what albertabrightalberta is saying, if they threaten to leave you negative feedback and then leave you negative feedback in the manor you mentioned it's feedback extortion and they'll remove it. You might have to call in a few times to get someone that knows what they are doing due to ebay's low quality bottom of the barrel support staff, but still, if you're persistent they'll remove it.

Yes @albertabrightalberta is absolutely correct. It is against the Ebay rules for a buyer to threaten to leave negative FB if you won't give them a little extra money or anything else for that matter.
Buyers are also not allowed to reference the outcome of a Return request.
Here are some information that will help you to make your point to Ebay.
What should I do if I think a buyer is making an unreasonable demand?
You're not required to agree to any extras or changes from the terms of your listing. If a buyer is making demands that are not a part of your original listing, you will be protected from negative feedback and defects when you either deliver the item purchased by the buyer according to the original terms of your listing, or cancel the transaction.

I also suggest that you call into Ebay to resolve this, don't use that darn automatic request for FB removal. It rarely works and it is a bot that reviews the request.
