If an offers you send to a buyer last for 96 hours or 4 days than this is indeed an error? I Definitely sent this offer longer than 4 days ago! When I went to edit listing I noticed changing price was locked! Maybe I sent this offer over a month ago! Where can I confirm when this offer was sent? Very strange! I don’t feel like waiting an hour for support and Frankly it may not be that important but I want my eBay store to be error free as all seller stores should be as-well! I’m going to check listing again tomorrow to see if there is an update to offer expiration!
Chances are it’s not actually the same offer, but rather that you didn’t realize that Send Offers Automatically was enabled, and it’s sent the same offer to a different watcher/viewer of the item just recently. That’s an easy thing to miss.
eBay did recently add an easy way to see which items have offers sending automatically and end that if you wish. Go to your Seller Hub -> Marketing -> Offers, and you can choose to filter the list there for items with automatic offers.
