Back from vacation

Had my eBay store on vacation mode for 5 months (been out of country), need advice on what you would do to restart sells again. I’ve never been away this long from my business. For example: I have over 2000 items in my store, should I relist all or something different? Any help would be appreciated.

Hope you still have the listings to relist......don't think Ebay retains unsold listings more than 90 days...

If so, I would simply relist all.......unless you want to revise them for some reason.....

You say you have 2000 items in your store, but when I look I see no items in your store.

Have you taken your store off vacation mode and unhidden your listings yet?

With their Store on vacation, they're probably referring to listings that are active but hidden. The maximum interval possible for "Time away" is 30 days, but it can be re-set many times.

Looks like you are still in time away. You need to turn it off in order to start selling again.

Your store says that you are away until April 4th, so you need to turn the time away off. You can do that from your HUB.

Then you may have to relist all of your items as ebay doesn't keep them for you for 5 months. They may still be there if you ended the time away during that period (5x) and then started it again.

Good luck to you and welcome back!

I don't think you can put your store on vacation mode for 5 months.  When I go to my home overseas for an extended period I end all listings and then make sure I relist and then end again before the 90 day max period for ended listing comes around.  My best guess is that you will need to create new listings for your items.

The maximum setting for Time Away is 30 days, but the Help page doesn't mention any limit on the number of times that a seller can renew that 30-day interval.

Spot on as usual.

Was ready to send a redundant message then saw your post with the same link attached.  But didn't want to waste the ink - have to buy a dozen eggs tomorrow.
