Ok, So I noticed today that buyer selected USPS as the shipper, I want to send UPS because its less money.. What should I do ? I mean its hard enough to make money on EBAY as it is and NOW buyer can choose shipping ?? NO WAY

That just means that of the options YOU offered, this is the one the buyer selected. They cannot select something you didn't offer. That's what "Buyer Selected Shipping" means, at least on the Shipping Labels screen. If you're talking about somewhere else, please clarify.

no matter what shipping is chosen, the buyer pays the cost in the end
Buyer pays your selling price and pays shipping cost
Other; You must have that specific shipping carrier chosen in your platform
that is how YOU can choose the shipper

I have never had a buyer choose a shipping method that I did not offer.
What listing was it, and what shipping methods did you offer in that listing?

How dare the buyer select a shipping method you offered! This treachery cannot stand!

While you are being outraged, you cannot list the same item three times. it's against the rules.

We all know that the buyer pays shipping, right?
A buyer cannot select a shipping method that was not offered in the listing by the seller.

your shipping policy is a required buisness policy
you might have more than one of them
there are 3 business policies required
you need to make a new policy if you feel like it and just include the way you want to ship
it might be a good idea to go the the business policy page and see how many similar shipping policies you have already. every time I made a change or something it woud save the old policy and the name for it.
once you have the policy the way you want it then you can stick it into your template or choose it

Looking at some of your sold listings, it looks like free shipping is the norm. And you have USPS Priority selected for some of them.
Most likely you just forgot to change it from a copied listing or was saved from a prior listing you did. It's really up to you. It's free shipping. Most buyers probably wouldn't care or notice if Priority was the option and you chose to do UPS instead. But a few might notice and care.

And if the buyer's purchase is being shipped to a PO box, it could bother him if the seller opted for UPS.

Buyers can only see the shipping choice(s) you choose to offer at listing time. You are currently offering free Priority Mail USPS shipping on your case of Krispy Kreme K cups for example. Is that what you intended?

In addition to all the other stuff that has been mentioned you cannot sell expired food.
Selling K cups a year past their date?

I think its another glitch. I offer Free Economy Shipping (First Class Mail). And I have had this happen to me several times, that the buyer selected Priority Shipping. I just go ahead and ship by First Class Mail. As of now, I have not had any issues.

On some of your listings your stated method is 'economy shipping' so there is no specific service chosen. If eBay doesn't know which service you are using or if they don't offer the service (such as parcel select) , the label usually defaults to Priority. It also says that it is buyer selected even though the buyer could not have chosen that. You can still print a label for the service you planned on using.

Their Best Buy date expires next month, not last year. It's coffee, not penicillin. 🙂
