BEWARE OF THIS BUYER I SOLD A $100 GIFT CARD SHE SAID ONLY $75 ON CARD FOR WHICH I KNOW SHES WRONG AND I SOLD BECAUSE I CANT USE IT DUE TO I HAVE NO passport to canada or not going that far to use it.it was a gift and they didnt know i couldnt use it.so anyways she sent back and now if i even wanted to sell it or prove to ebay by recording what was on it when last used and where i cant do it because she blacked out the card number and the strip on bottom,was on phone 2 diff times and was constantly w/another person and they wouldnt do anytthing they gave her her money back and thats unfair because the card is useless. and im out of $100 SO BEWARE OF THIS BUYER SHES A THIEF AND A LIAR!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry that happened.. You can't name & shame on the boards though..

Report the "buyer" for abuse of the MBG, mail fraud etc...

Other than that, not much can be done as it's a buyer said/seller said situation and eBay has no way to know whom is telling the truth..

Selling gift cards seems to be nothing but trouble I read another post recently on here seller lost over $400 selling gift cards. There are too many scammers out there now and there is nothing seller can do even when seller knows they are in the right one just has to take the loss if other ebay member raises a case on seller.
