So as you can see from the subject, i had a buyer she bought my activation code i was selling, the next day ebay messages me that her account was hacked and the transaction to me was cancelled and her account is now restored to her, that was fine no big deal, so just there 10 minutes ago she messages me saying "i am sure your well aware i did not make this purchase as my account was hacked and i am pretty sure a new account like yours puts you at the top of the suspect list, this is fraud and it is being investigated by my bank and i will be insisting the police are involved. luckily when you changed my details on ebay you left your ip address this will be forwarded to the fraud team investigating this, have a lovely day" like what the **bleep**, she thinks i went on her card to purchase my product, where the hell did she get that from, this is very frustrating as she put the negative feedback on my page and now i have bad reputation as a seller, i reported this to ebay, not sure what else to do, anybody else here know what to do, she said i left my IP address on her account when i logged off like what is she on about, im sure the IP address will not match up to mines anyways but is there anyway i can get ebay to put the negative feedback of my page cause i did not hack this girls debit card.

If eBay sent you an eBay message telling you about fraud on the buyers account then I think you should be able to call and be calm and respectful to the rep and explain all the details including having the rep review the messages and have a good chance of removing the feedback.
It sounds like you emailed the activation code? Did you do this through the eBay message system or through your personal eMail?
Both ways I believe are in violation of the user agreement for the eBay marketplace. Click here to learn more about the eBay digital delivery policy.
Just something to think about in the future is that when you send these codes through a message a buyer can simply say they did not get the code and you can not prove they did without tracking which is what eBay requires to relieve you of the issue.

Even if you get the fraud FB removed (you might, I'm not really sure since I didn't understand most of your post), you should be more concerned about the fact you will still have two non-positives on your profile, and no positive transactions. (Admittedly the neutral should have been a positive, if it's not too late, you might be able to get that removed as it's a violation on their part).
The negs/neutrals are no longer defects, but if you only have negs & neutrals and nothing else, your profile doesn't look very good to buyers.
Cheers, C.

I would pursue calling eBay and making your claim to removal. I think you have a fairly good chance of removal for the newest one.
Also this category of items you are selling is a known haven for dishonest buyers and sellers through out the Internet.
Please review the policy link I provided you to help you moving forward. Also you will be getting as seller review on the 20th of every month. The review is to see how well you are performing as a seller. You might get some restrictions based on your current record. You can review your seller dashboard that has all your performance data from this link - Click Here

Your account is garbage just start a new account there is no way to fix it, 3 feedbacks and they are all bad no one will buy from that account.

Now I can say I have seen an account with -2 feedback. I always thought that impossible.

Ebay has a very strict policy regarding digital goods. If you do not comply, you could lose your account.
