BUG - can't leave feedback

When I click "leave feedback", blank page with eBay header loads.

Wow.  200+ transactions.  Is that just within the last week or 2?  Are you trying to leave them from the link under Shortcuts?  Or from the Feedback Forum?

When I try to leave feedback for multiple sales using the bulk method OP is having trouble with

it just drops right back to that sold items page (because I have already left feedback for all of them), and not to a blank feedback page.

But yes, that does leave questions about whether it's feedback for sales between 60 and 90 days old (that SH SM interface will show 90 days of solds but feedback can still only be left for 60 days - but it throws an error that says that IIRC), or trying to leave feedback for ones already feedbacked, or some mix of things like that.

Don't think so though. I ASSume OP is aware of those things, and this does seem to be a SH glitch that is affecting only certain accounts. Clarification would help though.

I'll install an older version of the browser, worth a shot.

I tried the new URL, unfortunately, it doesn't allow me to filter by "shipped, awaiting feedback", even if it did, no bulk feature to leave feedback for all 347 transactions at once.

Yes, positive, these orders that are awaiting feedback from me, are at most 10 days old.

(your sales are looking pretty good from my standpoint here in the peanut gallery and I can see why you need to go bulk with 347 sales in 10 days 🙂

Are you saying it doesn't allow bulk feedback leaving? I have never left bulk feedback, and have no orders with feedback already left so can't check, but that definitely looks like the old Selling Manager interface, and when multiple sales are selected with the checkboxes and "Leave feedback" is chosen from the "Other action" dropdown, should take you to the old SM bulk feedback page I thought (I think i experimented with it in the past). No?

As far as being able to filter out ones needing feedback, I don't think you would need to - it would just skip those that already had feedback left IIRC.

Yes, works, however it requires me to manually submit feedback for each 1 by 1.

So are you saying that the new seller manager no longer allows bulk feedback? Before I could select 100 orders all at once, write one feedback, and it would submit it for all 100 orders.

Not saying that at all. I do not, and never have left bulk feedback, and can't test anything as I don't have any sales I haven't left feedback for.

I have no idea what the new Seller Hub Orders page does with feedback (or even what it looks like) - I opted out after about a day a long time ago, and again, never left bulk feedback.

I think I did play with the old Selling manager interface a year or two ago (which I think is the one eBay shoved into Seller Hub as an option for those that wanted to opt out off the new interface. The one I linked to above), and it had the prefilled feedback message option and I *thought* could be used to leave bulk, but I could be wrong and it sounds like it from what you are saying.

Don't know what to tell you. No idea if the new Seller Hub Orders interface uses the same feedback page or not, but you'd have to opt in to that interface to see. (I suspect it does though - that feedback interface seems to be eBay's new awful default)

Before? Last week, last year, before Seller Hub using Selling Manager Pro? Before implies something changed. Clarifying that point might help with understanding. (is that blank feedback page that loads NOT the one that you used before?)
