You want to know why ebay is going the drain, and we can't sell anything anymore? Because they allow things like this to happen
It took me years to get a decent selling limit. Had to jump through hoops.
How is this seller, magically able to have a limit of millions, and 4000 items, many of which have a quanityt of 100+? The rest of us have to start off with $500/10 items. HOw is this even possible?
The search results are flooded with this garbage. We might not be competing against Chinese sellers, as some people on here try to claim, but no one wants to shop on here anymore, when the market is flooded with this garbage.
And even worse, when it comes to MY market, they are able to put up after market, or straight up counterfeit items, while still listing them as a brand name, completely screwing up search results for buyers that might want my parts. So they don't even bother with ebay anymore. Why would they want to?
Brand is set as Tag Heuer. This isn't allowed. But do you think ebay will do anything if you complain? NOPE

Anybody know if Chinese sellers dot non-USA ebay sites...or are we alone blessed in that regard?
They are all over other sites, especially the UK and Australia sites (and they also lie on those claiming to be in that specific country, then ship from China etc)

Ugh, yeah, no. I've received MANY items from sellers that are "based in USA" and shipping from USA, and I received the item from China. Don't have to always defend ebay you know. You can simply just say " yeah, ebay should make it easier on buyers, so we don't have to jump through hoops". An excuse can be made for every single one of ebay's awful policies. But should we?

Perhaps this should be brought up at the next weekly meeting and beat on every week till there's an answer. This is an issue the team is going to deflect on and run away from like their hair is catching fire from just hearing about it.
the best way I have found to avoid the China / Malaysian sellers that lie on their location is to look at the delivery time. Came across a few where seller said they were located in the US but delivery was nearly 4 weeks. Works most of the time.
