Greedbay is charging you a fee for international buyers using US addresses, even when you have them blocked. The LAWSUIT is coming.

I think he'd like to not get hit with surprise fees that he thought he had accounted for.

Hi, I had the same issue several months in a row (January, February & March).  Just small little fees on one or two sales.  I only saw it when I was reviewing my ebay reports for the month.  I called 2 of the months and they removed them readily.  The items were clearly sent to US addresses. Rep said it was a glitch or error.  The 3rd month I was busy and haven't gotten around to calling about yet.  I didn't think there were any "international fees" for the buyer paying with foreign currency - I thought that is part of what was taken care of by the payment processor.

if you got e-bay to remove the 1.69% fee, color me impressed as we certainly have never had that waived and e-Bay is pretty clear it does exist.
