BBL Function

Can a few others check to see if you are still able to use the BBL & are able to add users to the BBL. 

On my end that function is no longer available. There is no list being pulled up of already blocked users like before where you were able to add another user to said list.

The 'normal' block bidder page brought up a different buyer managment page but I goggled 'block ebay buyer' and the old page showed up.

Thanks for this. My list is gone. It will probably be back sometime soon, but just in case this allowed me to copy my looong list in case ebay lost it.
