Available Quantity Going Down to Zero with No Alert to Re-Set

Available Quantity Going Down to Zero with No Alert to Re-Set:

Question: I would like to know if there's some way to either set "Available Quantity" to an infinite number that will never get down to QTY 0.....or to set up an alert so I am emailed if the available quantity gets to QTY 0 so I can re-set it to a high quantity.

Background Info: I have ~650 individual items listed. All of my items are always in stock in my warehouse, so I have no need to set a specific available quantity, nor a need to track inventory sold or unsold. All of my listed are set to "Good until canceled".

The Issue: When my items are purchased and the available quantity gets down to 0, Ebay automatically moves them to "Ended Listings" where I then have to manually relist and re-set the available quantity, and the item is shown as out of stock and unpurchasable to customers until I do that.

Currently I cannot set my item's available quantity to an infinite number / high quantity because Ebay set my monthly limit to.... "20,000 limit on quantity of items". Therefore I can only put the available quantity of each item to ~30 (because 650 x 30 = ~20,000). I've tried contacting Ebay to get this limited increased, because I've been selling for years and have a great record, but have not received a response. My limit simply increases automatically very very slowly over time.

I received many orders per day, so this QTY 30 runs down to 0 quite quickly. My only option currently is to manually scroll through my ended listings daily to check if anything is at 0, and relist and re-set it to QTY 30 if it is. I'm looking for another way besides this.

On a Q&A forum I saw...."If you don't want to track inventory quantity, you can leave the Qty available to list field empty when you create your products.".

^ I've tried doing this with my current listings but it doesn't allow me to. I believe this feature is only available if you leave the field blank from the very beginning when you create your products. I'm not recreating my 650+ listings so this is not an option.

On another Q&A forum I saw...."You can receive an alert if the inventory quantity for a product falls below the level you specify. When this occurs, you'll see a Low Stock alert in the Product Inventory section of your Summary page. By clicking the Low Stock link, you'll be taken directly to the list of products that are low on stock. To set a restock alert for a product: Display the Inventory view in Selling Manager Pro. Click the name of the product. In the Restock alerts and notes section, click the Add restock alert link.".

^ I've also tried doing this, but there is no "Restock alerts and notes section". When I am in Selling Manager Pro and go to Inventory it says "This folder is currently empty". I normally work in the "Active Listings" part of Selling Manager Pro, not the Inventory area, I'm not sure if these are different or why my inventory is empty?

Thank you in advance for any insight on this!
