They often are copy/paste, for a very good reason: the same questions are asked repeatedly, and the same answer applies. The boards here have a feature called "Macros" that a lot of us use for those common answers, or that one looks like it was copied and pasted from an eBay policy page.
Not liking the answer doesn't make it wrong. The information you were given is correct. If you were looking for a way to change it, that's not something we can offer.
