I've been having some inventory issues because when a buyer cancels an order or opens a return order I have to manually change the available quantity for that item and sometimes I forget to do it.
Is there a way to automate that process? I mean, adding a 1+ to the available quantity for that item automatically after cancel the order o aprove the item return.

I was just asking myself the same question. It seems like when an order is cancelled before it is paid for the quantity goes back to what it should BUT when someone pays for the item and then cancels it the correct quantity is not updated. Something to always double check. Let me know if anyone’s got any more info on this.
