Automatically leaving feedback

I've had it setup for years now to automatically leave the buyer feedback as soon as they pay for the item.

It seems to have stopped working about a day or so ago, and the settings page for this function seems to have been moved or removed.

How do I get to this settings page now, or was it a canned feature?

Does the last option on that page work too - about ending auto relist? Is this the answer that so many are looking for? 🙂

I cheated and googled eBay Automatic Feedback and the info came right up, but when I went to Seller Hub > Overview to see if I could figure it out that way, it's in the Seller Tools box - Automation Preferences.

This link says i'm not subscribed to "Selling Manager Pro"  I have an anchor store level.  Maybe that doesn't include it anymore?

@link32  I too have the same issue. My store says I am not subscribed with my store anymore either. It has deleted my saved inventory. I called CS, after almost an hour I was advised there was an error and it was restored along with my inventory. That was about 5 weeks ago now and still no Pro... I don't know what is going on... 😞

Looks like that may be what the deal is they must be trying to milk an extra $15.99 a month for those automatic features now.

No, it wasn't deleted from Anchor Stores.  I have a Premium and SMP is there.

When this ID was dumped into the Hub, the subscription link to SM & SMP vanished.
