Automatic relisting gone

As of the week before Christmas, my items are not automatically relisting anymore. I have to manually relist everything, and it is using all my free monthly listings to relist. I usually have close to 200 items listed, after 10 days, they would automatically relist, and I would add things as I got inventory. I only do auctions is that works best for me in sales. I've called eBay several times, and get a different answer each time. One person told me it was a known glitch in the system and would be fixed soon. The next person told me everyone else's was fixed, it was just mine and would be fixed soon. The last person told me it was a known problem and would take 90 days!!!  I haven't seen this issue from anybody else on here, has it happened to anyone else?

I can verify that this is a known glitch because it's happened to me before (about a year ago) and it's extremely frustrating, especially if you carefully schedule and plan your auctions. It did start working again after a week or two. 

All things constant, auto relisting and manually relisting each consume the same amount of your total per month free listings. The features of auto relisting are limited to convenience and you aren't (shouldn't be) penalized if you don't use it.

ebay will only automatically relist an auction 8 times
then it disables that feature for that listing.

The next time you manually list the auction use (sell similar)
to list instead of (relist). This should treat the listing as a new

listing and start the auto relist again.

My automatic auction relistings stopped without notice last week. This is the answer I received from eBay today:

"When using the automatic relist feature. The automatic relist option is only available on listings created by new, occasional, or lapsed sellers. New, occasional, and lapsed sellers are based on a complicated seller segmentation system. The segmentation updates once a week, and the option will disappear when the seller moves to a higher segment. This is why you may no longer see the feature available to use on your listings."
