Automatic payment method to eBay - which one is cheapest?

Right now I pay my eBay fees via credit card. If I switch to paying with PayPal, is it going to be cheaper? I do have a PayPal account linked to eBay, but eBay wants my PayPal account to be connected with a credit/debit card with enough balance in the credit/debit card,  regardless of the fact that I have plenty of money in my PayPal account.

So which option is the cheapest?

The only difference between paying with PayPal balance and paying with a credit card is that you may incur interest fees on your credit card.

$100 in fees is the same whether you pay by debit, or credit, or Paypal.

My company has our eBay fees charged to a business credit card that rebates back 2% of our purchases as direct credit to our balance.  We pay in full so we never have to pay interest.
