For some reason, our automatic feedback will not turn off. I have unchecked the automatic feedback for buyers and spoken with CSR's multiple times...but eBay keeps leaving positive feedback for every single buyer we have as soon as we ship. It's not a huge issue, except for the buyers who we do NOT want to leave positive feedback for, then cannot remove it. Why is eBay leaving feedback on our behalf and can't seem to figure out how to stop it?? Again - that feature is NOT turned on for our account. (Further, a month or so ago I had checked to have it auto-feedback for buyers that paid and left us feedback...that didn't work either. EBay is leaving feedback for every single buyer we have regardless of their feedback, etc). This is pretty frustrating and obviously makes the whole feedback system useless and fraudulent. Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you trying on a mobile device or laptop/computer? Try accessing it on whichever you do not typically use and see if it changes/sticks.
We have the "opposite" issue - can't get it to "stay" on. We reset it, change it back to automatic and it doesn't leave it for us when it should.
This site has so many glitches - who could even prioritize which one to tackle next??

Thanks for your reply! I am using a desktop PC. I would think that's the best way... I did try on my iPhone as well just now, so will see if eBay continues to provide feedback "on my behalf" today without authorization. Interestingly though, my mobile phone showed the same UNchecked box next to "Automate Feedback" so all devices do not have this option selected, yet it's happening and cust. svc can't/won't fix it. Again, not a huge issue except for the rare situations with bad buyers leaving me negative feedback and my account still happily providing them outstanding positive feedback that was perhaps undeserved. Ugh. I guess I won't pay as much attention to this metric anymore since it's not correct and seems to be just adding false feedbacks (or none at all, as in your case). Super weird.
