Ive been a seller for over a year now and have up to 500 autions monthly. Now that I've built my store, it appears the option to automatically relist my auction item up to 8 times has been removed. I called Ebay and after a very long and painful discussion, the representative read me that i am considers a "normal" buyer and that feature is only avaliable to new and seasonal users.
I find this completely fustraiting since I pay each month for the services outlined. NOWHERE on this website does it say this is only a temporary or promotional tool.
Anyone run into the same thing. The ebay rep said I'm the only one who has addressed this .....
