Automatic Enrollment in International Shipping

Just got a message that eBay automatically enrolled me in International Shipping, even though I have specifically excluded international shipping in my preferences. Had to go back in and "opt out," which could take a few days to process. Aside from the recent fee increases which eBay charges, it's unfair that eBay gets to decide how small sellers like myself choose to list, then puts the onus on me to "opt out." Seller Beware!

I literally just received the message from eBay stating I am automagically enrolled.

I dunno, guess I can let it ride for a bit and see what happens?

I got an email too. I purposely do not want to ship internationally and had made that selection. Ebay thought they knew me and what I would want! Really! Even my husband who I have been married to for 37 years wouldn't be so bold. It is an invasion into my work day and time to fix what they broke. Ebay should give us all some type of free something to compensate for our time and aggravation. I'm not happy.

One of my daughter's accounts was just opted in to EIS with absolutely ZERO notice, so no, they did NOT notify sellers they were opting them in.
