I am looking for a tool that can send messages according to the right step of order:

Anyone know a good one ?

Why would you want to annoy your customers? Ebay already gives them this information.

I agree with @inhawaii , eBay provides those updates to your customers automatically and you messaging them will likely just create annoyed customers. I would strongly recommend against any unnecessary communication.

There is no way to override what eBay already provides.   It is so succinct they did away with the ability to do otherwise.

OP is in Israel.  Looking at the items he has for sale, I wouldn't think he would be busy enough to worry about having automated messages.   "Red, yellow, and blue margaritas" (he obviously means the clear drinking glasses) listed for $30 each w/FS but when you look at his sold items, they sold for $1.00 each w/FS.   Food and medicinal and cleaning items that can be purchased at local stores.

@maurizio_2424

Dropshipping from Amazon, you probably won't be around long enough to worry about it.

Have a great day.

@maurizio_2424 : No, because those notifications are a buyer option, not a seller option. You can see the settings that you and other buyers can choose from here: https://commspreferences.ebay.com/commsprefs

Also, as a buyer (in the US anyway), you can set up notifications from carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx here by opening free accounts on their websites and choosing to have notifications sent to you regarding your inbound orders. So there is really nothing more that a seller needs to do, as the buyer will be getting plenty of notifications anyway if they choose to have them.
