Autographs

Certain athletes and celebrities do not want their autographs sold on Ebay, unless of coarse, if it is supported by their company.

Ebay has no list of these autos not to sell.

I have found that Fanatics.com is going after sellers for selling Aaron Judge autos, even when you have a certificate of authenticity from a reputable company.

I have also had issues with Sylvester Stallone autos, also with certificate of authenticity from a reputable company.

Can anyone help with other autographs of celebrities/athletes that have marketing companies that troll Ebay to come after sellers?

This does not address your issue as far as a list goes (which I have never seen either), but the reason that Fanatics is going after Aaron Judge autos on memorabilia is that they have an exclusive contract with Aaron Judge for all autographed memorabilia.  So unless these items happened prior to this contract being in place (which I highly doubt since it was signed during his rookie season) the items are probably not only not legally licensed items but are also probably fake. Now if you have an Aaron Judge certified autograph from one of the card companies then those are probably legitimate but also do not fall under memorabilia, but sports trading cards, like the one attached.graded judge finest auto to 99.jpggraded judge finest to 99 back.jpg

with the Judge example, I assume you mean autographed memorabilia and the like?  Judge signs tons of baseball cards for Topps and Panini as part of their certified auto auto programs, many of which end up here.  I can't imagine Fanatics has any recourse in the selling of those autos.  Are you working memorabilia specifically?

Also if you are selling any autographs to buyers in CA - you might want to make sure you are following all of laws that have been put into place to protect CA residents from all of the counterfeit autographs.  Any autograph that is purchased for $5 or more is subject to these laws.
