Auto relisting

I have noticed that my listings are not auto relisting like they used to.  Any idea why, is there a change in policy?  If I have to relist everything manually every week, then its not worth having a storefront here.

You run auction listings and they don't necessarily auto-relist. 

There may have been a time during which you could check a box to have your auction automatically relist (up to 8 times) if it hadn't sold. 

After the last time, it needs to be relisted. You may or may not still have the auto-relist option.

Yes, that was my understanding.  But when I select sell similar instead of relist it used to give me the option to automatically relist, it doesn't anymore.  any reason why?

I believe that perk was originally for new sellers to incentivize them. 

If you aren't seeing the option any more, it's not available to you.

eBay turns that feature on and off at will.  May last auctions ended auto relist at 4 listings.  Even when it is available there is no guarantee eBay will allow you the full 8 relists.

• Auction-style format – 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10 days. Unsold items may be automatically relisted
• Fixed price format – Good ’Til Canceled. This means that the item will be relisted every month until it’s sold or until you end the listing
