Auto relist

My autorelist option on auctions suddenly disappeared today. Customer service is trying to tell me there is an unpublished rule that auto relist is only for "The automatic relist option is only available on listings created by new, occasional, or lapsed sellers." and that business sellers are not eligible. This is in direct contradiction to the rules on the website that say all non-business sellers should have this option and business sellers just pay for insertions. What gives? And how do I get it back?

Yet there are some posters here who will tell you there's no such thing as a NON business seller here.

Very poor wording.  Substitute  "sellers with a store subscription" for "business seller" and "sellers without a store subscription" for "non-business" and this would make sense to more people.

brian@ebay   Hey Brian, can the above help page be reviewed to correct the reference to Business/non-business to Store subscription, no store subscription, since that's the actual policy?  Also it sound like there may need to be some CSR training as well to help them communicate the issue correctly.

So if you a regular non business antique seller at some point you are considered a business seller? After several months this is what happened to me.
