Auto-paying

I am a longtime seller on ebay and suddenly i'm often seeing something like this when someone wins one of my items: 

 

"Autopay at Jul 17 7:00pm PDT

The buyer wants to shop more, but they may check out early."

How can I disable this option? I can't wait a week to get paid! I need winners to pay asap...

Not everything is a "scam" and Ebay has never asked sellers for their permission to do things on the site.  If you are waiting for that, it will be a very long time and likely never come.

Check your Buyer Requirements and make sure they are set the way YOU want them to be.
