Authenticity Guarantee not showing up

Listed a pair of shoes for $400 with a buy it now of $600 and for some reason "Authenticity Guarantee" is not showing up on my listing. I sold a pair of shoes last week for just under 300 and they were authenticated. Any idea why they wouldn't be authenticated?

I've just tried reaching out via facebook hopefully they can help me. It's pretty annoying they don't offer email or chat help.

Which listing are you having problems with? I see the Authenticity Guarantee on your Asic and Nike listings.

Do you realize that your Nike pictures are screenshots of when you purchased those shoes?  Do you want buyers to really see how much they originally cost to buy?

No, not correct at all. I live in the USA and have completely filled out all the information and the Authenticity Guarantee shows up on some shoes selling for $90 but yet a pair of Nike AirMax Scorpions selling for over $200 there is not an Authenticity Guarantee banner. I had to put the Authenticity Guarantee in the text of the listing.  

So what is going on????

I am having this issue now too with some Yeezy Foam Runners.  I have several shoes listed with the authenticity guarantee but for some reason those won't.  The category is correct as well as the brand. I don't understand.
