Authenticator failure!

I posted a pair of Jordans I purchased to sell because I bought the wrong size. After paying over $200 for the shoes, eBay claimed they were fake and I have yet to hear back on where the shoes are. I will never in my life sell anything on eBay again!!! I feel like the company is a fraud and basically stole my shoes!! They need real authenticators because whoever they use are liars and need to be replaced!

I can't see the listing and wouldn't be able to authenticate sneakers anyway but unless you purchased the shoes from an authorized department store partner and unless you are expert in the brand, it's very possible that you unknowingly bought and tried to resell fakes.

I could be wrong but it appears that your 2 most recent feedbacks are from a seller of Jordans so I'm guessing that's where they came from.

Again, unless you're expert or unless they were part of the "authenticity guaranteed" program, you cannot be sure.

However if you did buy them and they came through the program, you might have a chance at an appeal if you can direct ebay and its autheneticators to the original purchase.

Is eBay going to send me my shoes back? I'm good on being humiliated. I just want my shoes back.

Hopefully they gave the shoes to law enforcement.  If they are not fake then you certainly should get them back.

Even buying from reputable stores isn't a guarantee they are authentic......  There was a case not long ago where a woman bought luxury purses from the brand's outlet stores.......returned fakes which were put back on the shelf, and then sold the "real stuff".   Got her for selling several hundred thousand $$ worth........

Clerks aren't knowledgeable enough to tell a counterfeit from the real stuff.
