Authentication guarantee...bahahaha

Sold a 14K Aurafin bracelet and they surprised my buyer after delay which was well over one week.  Then the buyer wanted to return and eBay had it sent back to the other coast for authentication again.  You might think oh, they want to ensure it was not changed, but then they would do that with other items-not the exact same thing again.  This item is not a counterfeited item, I have almost 2.7K positive reviews for mostly precious metals...come on eBay.

Then they withdrew the refund from my bank account, prior to me ever getting it back, as well as froze my ebay account and then charged an account before I knew it, overdrafting me twice at $20/pop.  Never had my account frozen ever, so many years with eBay.  I'm appalled that I have to refund prior to receiving a higher-end item from a third party "authenticator" (bahahaha) and after they delay the entire transaction for so many weeks.

See me listing many new things the past 10 months?  No.  The increase in pre-checked auto-offer when you try to send a "single" offer is plain obnoxious.  So tricky...even sketchy.  Go to forums for instructions how to resolve this if you accidentally click before realizing...get dead-end instructions with thumbs-up, then thread often closed before anyone can reply that there is no way to resolve the pre-checked box if you miss it.  ya, try any of the solutions, see where that leads.

eBay, you are losing me.  I might post occasional things, even a few lots, otherwise I literally lost my ebay job due to increasing disabled-unfriendly software changes, glitches, repetitive checks for same descriptor, call center is hit or miss and even tricky for any newbie to find way to get live person without even more work.

Commission on taxes also?  bahhh.

Time is money and you have become a prohibitively expensive platform to continue as I once had.

I have to say that I really do not understand why someone would sell a $14K item on a platform. This is a classic example as to why i would never sell anything over $300 on any platform. You now understand the dynamics of what can happen on expensive items on platforms.

Due to the amount of the item coupled with the return, Ebay will freeze the account. I would considering the situation. Unfortunately, you are at their mercy and will have to wait this out. I hope you get your bracelet back.

Sellers likely are considered as replaceables

I suspect ebay assumes that every year some sellers leave, some cut back on their ebay listings & New sellers arrive
