Authentication but already delivered

Hello I’m new to selling on eBay and just want to know that I’m doing it right. I sold a trading card and it needed to be authenticated which is fine. But the item says it’s been delivered but hasn’t been authenticated so my funds are on hold. Was I supposed to send it to an authentication place or is everything okay and it’s just taking a while?

Tracking says delivered to Authenticator or to buyer? If so he needs time to review it, he is not standing there waiting for postman and opening it up then and there. It should be a Que.

What zip code did you send it to?

Items sold via eBay Authentication must be shipped to the authentication centre, this is the address eBay provides to you and should be the only address you ever see.

By any chance did the buyer send you their address via Messages or did you use the eBay provided address?
