When you purchase label on ebay the correct address will automatically be in there. Don't change anything.

If you are referring to the Jordan's shown below they have the authenticity guarantee badge and will be going to the authentication service first but that should be the address that is on the label you print from your order in eBay when you go to ship the item. Following is a link to the authentication guarantee information.

If its shoes and they require authentication then they will go to one of 2 hubs (las vegas or new jersey) depending on the customers location. If the item doesnt need to be authenticated you will ship it directly to the customer.
Before the buyer pays you can see their address when trying to send an invoice (if you want to be nosy). But once they pay you will get a free fedex label to ship to the authenticator and will have a code that verifies the shoe, the buyer and the final address.

Curious. Can sellers do this without the purchase label on eBay?

I find it very frustrating that nobody answered your question, WHAT IS THE ADDRESS FOR THE EBAY AUTHENTICATOR!

eBay will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx label. that is what you use to ship to the authentication center.
Into your life it will creep

It depends.
There are different & various authentication addresses depending on the items being authenticated.

if the buyer is closer to the west coast it’ll be 2970 N Lamb Blvd, Suite 107, Las Vegas, NV - not sure what the address is for the one in NY/NJ though
