Authentication Nightmare

I sold a perfectly authentic pair of foamposites to a buyer only tonhave them declared counterfeit through eBay incompetent authentication process. They took money from another sale that I had pending to refund the buyer which totally threw me off course. They sent my shoes back thank goodness but it doesn't compensate for the inconvenience and damage they caused me. Something needs to be done about this immediately. Sellers and buyers need to get this ridiculous service looked into.

Authentication Nightmare

Everyone who has an item returned from Ebay's authentication process says their items are authentic. I suspect the majority of those were not authentic as most sellers think buying from discount stores, right here from Ebay, outlet malls, etc. "assume" they are authentic. There is not much you can do about it accept sell them elsewhere.
