I sold my Tiffany ring and wasn’t aware that there was this procedure. I understand it’s to protect the seller and the buyer but they have exceeded the timeframe that I was given on Wednesday. The ring arrived at the authentication department at 10 am on Wednesday and I have still not received the fundsanyone else had this issue? I would love to know thanks

You are a new seller (sold 2 things past 90 days) and that ring was for over $6000. Your funds will be on hold for 30 days after it is delivered (or thereabouts).
