ebay shipping process is the worst, slow, no updates and always look for excuses and not take responsibility of their process and their leadership. the authenticated process is just a delay tool to lower shipping cost even though the buyer pays for it, after 23 years dealing with ebay i am extremly disapointed on their logistic process, instead of improving the process it has decline tremendously as a result of 100% failure.
The leadership do not take this serious enough because it does not affect their salaries and as a result the Customer that pays their salary are the ones being affected.
